"This is the first time that I've ever been to the Teen Choice Awards and this is amazing," she said in one of her many acceptance speeches of the night. "I want to thank the fans. You guys have made my life so beautiful, and it's all because of you."
The country superstar won in the categories of Choice Music: Female Artist, Choice Music: Female Country Artist, Choice Music: Country Single (for 'Mean'), Choice Break-Up Song (for 'Back to December') and Choice Red Carpet Fashion Icon. As was announced before the broadcast, Taylor was also named 'Ultimate Choice,' the night's highest honor.
The only category in which the blond beauty was nominated but did not win was for Choice Love Song, which went to her buddy Selena Gomez and the Scene for 'Love You Like a Love Song.' See a full list of 2011 Teen Choice Awards winners in the music categories below.
