The Georgia native's laid-back outlook on love translated well in his latest music video, which was shot in New Orleans. The luxury of time allowed Billy to loosen up on set during the filming process. (Watch his behind-the-scenes look at the 'Love Done Gone' video shoot below.)
"Being able to shoot over a period of four or five days was more relaxing for me. It made it more enjoyable," says the singer. "I got to soak it all in a little bit better. To me, that makes videos a lot better."
Shot in many locations around New Orleans, the city's most infamous street offered the best place to get the money shots. "Being on Bourbon Street was the place to get the best shots," he says. "Every bar you pass, there are characters everywhere standing out front in the streets doing their thing ... All those guys were met on spot right there before we started rolling camera. They either came up to us or we went up to them and had conversation. We had the moment and filmed it."
