Tim McGraw and Faith Hill Get Their Own Barbie Dolls!

Jon Kopaloff, FilmMagic

Tim McGraw and Faith Hill have new celebrity status. The country couple will celebrate their 15th wedding anniversary this October with Mattel's release of The Tim McGraw and Faith Hill Doll Gift Set.

The description of the two dolls at BarbieCollector.com proclaims, "These two celebrities make beautiful music together, and the Tim McGraw and Faith Hill dolls capture the sensational star power of this dynamic duo! Faith looks flawless in her red-carpet ready black gown, pearl earrings, and picture perfect hairdo. Tim puts a country spin on a basic black suit, topped off with his signature black hat. Standing together side by side, they are the ultimate power couple, and we're powerless to resist!" (See a photo of the dolls here.)

Tim and Faith were very involved in the creation of the set, according Linda Kyaw, who is a designer for the Barbie Collector series. "They sent us photos of every detail," Kyaw told EW. "Tim sent photos of his complete suit, and Faith sent photos of her dress, makeup, and clear shots of her hair preference. They knew what they wanted the dolls to look like, and they helped us achieve the best possible results."

The prototype of the dolls took about two months to create. "It really takes an army, and the process can take anywhere from weeks to a few months," the designer says. "With real celebrity likenesses, it is definitely more challenging because these are a lot of factors to consider. Our vision is to capture the true essence of the celebrity, and I think we did that with Tim and Faith."

The couple first met backstage at the New Faces Show at Country Radio Seminar in 1995, where they were both performing. Later that year, they did an outdoor festival together followed by Tim's Spontaneous Combustion Tour, which also featured Faith. Tim proposed on the trek, and the two were married on October 5, 1996 in Rayville, La.

Tim and Faith have three girls -- Gracie, Maggie and Audrey -- and live just south of Nashville. The singers have toured together several times since the Spontaneous Combustion Tour: in 2000 for the Soul2Soul Tour and again in 2007 for the Soul2Soul II Tour, both of which were top selling events in those years.

The Tim McGraw and Faith Hill Doll Gift Set will be available in September for $69.99 at BarbieCollector.com. Other celebrity dolls in the Barbie collection include Reba McEntire and Frank Sinatra.

That's great, they are the best. Couple things wrong in the article. They were married on October 6th in Tim's hometown, Star. Married in the backyard of Tim's aunt. The tour in 2000 was the number one tour of the year. The other mistake was the second tour together started in 2006 and covered two years, finished in 2007. Made history as the most successful tour in country music history. It won the Pollstar award as the number one tour and most successful two year tour in country music history.
