Taylor triumphed over Adele, Lady Gaga, Lil Wayne and Katy Perry for the fan-voted award. This is the 'Mean' singer's tenth career AMA victory and the second time she has won AMA Artist of the Year. She also took home the Favorite Female Country Artist and Favorite Country Album (for 'Speak Now') honors on Sunday, while Blake Shelton was named Favorite Male Country Artist and Lady Antebellum won Favorite Country Band, Duo or Group.
