"I don't mean to brag," Miranda said before the launching into 'Dear Diamond,' a track from the singer's latest solo album, 'Four the Record.' "But he [John] texted me and told me this is one of his favorites." (Quote via Rolling Stone)
Claiming to have had "the best seat in the house," John later joined the talented trio onstage to perform 'Bad Moon Rising,' Creedence Clearwater Revival's 1969 rock classic. (Watch fan footage of the performance below.) The trio went on to perform much of the material from their critically acclaimed debut, 'Heel on Heels,' as well a few covers and select songs from Miranda's solo catalog.
"There's really two things we are about: being honest and being strong in your womanhood," Miranda tells The Boot about her side project's musical philosophy. "It's the theme of what we are individually and what we are together."
