West, whose middle name is his mom's maiden name, came into the world early Tuesday morning weighing in at 6 lbs, 11 oz, and measuring 19 inches long. Mom, Dad and baby are all said to be doing great.
Randy married fellow singer-songwriter Jessa last September in the Dominican Republic. "I finally found the person that I can't be without," he told People. "Jessa makes me a better person every day."
Randy will now juggle fatherhood with putting the finishing touches on his third studio album. Its first single is expected to hit country radio in May. The Mississippi native, who co-wrote Trace Adkins' 'Honky Tonk Badonkadonk' and shot to stardom with his own hits including 'Anything Goes' and 'Boots On,' is newly signed to indie label, Stoney Creek Records. He's planning a summer tour in support of his new music.
Congrats to the happy parents of baby West!
