Kenny Chesney is joining forces with legendary actors Michael Douglas and Morgan Freeman to help the PLAN!T NOW (P!N) initiative. The non-profit organization grants scholarships to students impacted by severe weather, such as hurricanes, earthquakes and tornadoes. Proceeds from the country superstar's May 26 concert at the Atlantis resort on the Bahamas' Paradise Island will benefit P!N. The show falls in the middle of the 11th annual Michael Douglas & Friends Celebrity Golf Tournament, which is this year co-hosted by fellow Oscar winner Morgan Freeman and benefits both P!N and the Motion Picture & Television fund.

Kenny's special island performance comes just days before his Brothers of the Sun tour kicks off. With Tim McGraw, Jake Owen and Grace Potter & the Nocturnals along for the ride, the trek has already sold more than 600,000 tickets. See a full list of cities and dates, along with ticket information, here.

Before his island hopping and brotherly bonding, Kenny makes a pit stop in Las Vegas later this month, where he's confirmed to perform at both the 'ACM Presents: Lionel Richie and Friends in Concert' and the Academy of Country Music Awards. The 'Reality' singer is up for nine ACM trophies, the most of any artist this year.

Adding to his busy summer is a new album. The multi-platinum selling superstar will be out with a new set of tunes on June 19.
