Leann Rimes reads everything in print about her. After public condemnation, not only of her affair, but of her complete arrogance and lack of contrition and empathy (for the ex of Eddie), Leann finally realized what she had to do to earn public respect again..show some empathy. However, she has none. In fact, she despises the ex of Eddie because she wrote a book which publicizes the scandalous affair and made even more people hate Leann. The lyrics of Spitfire state she wishes to torture someone and wants them dead. She's declared the songs are dedicated to various people. Who can she possibly be talking about in that song with such violent inclinations? It's about Brandi, the ex. So here she is the ex mistress turned wife with complete lack of remorse, saying she wants the ex-wife dead. Something is not right with that woman and she needs psychiatric help.

Wow. I thought I had issues about her whole husband/family stealing deal but now I'm sure I do. Her new makeover. face and boobs must have cost her a prettry penny....When I look at her I think, Somewhere under there is a wrinkled flat breasted husband stealing older woman who can still dream. Her admitting her failures in her writing may make her feel better but it only verifies what everyone else already thought of her and makes them hate her more. Love doesn't happen they way we want it to sometimes. Look at them both, they go together, they even look a like! Im sure they both felt bad about the partners they had to break away from, then add kids into the mix. What a mess. But, they knew they had something together, something better then either one of them have ever had and something that was worth going through hell for. No one should ever stay in a relationship for the sake of the children or because you don't want to hurt the other person's feelings. What a ridiculous way to think and to live your life. I wish them both a wonderful life together, and I hope the ex's get on with their own lives and quit blaming these two for every unhappiness that has happened to them since the split.

I do not agree with her actions at all but I have to say she is a wonderful singer. She can out sing many stars today who are being overplayed. Leann has alot of talent. She might be a homewrecking, manipulative, lying, b*tch but she has talent and she should be using her talent.

You've removed the parts where you said along the lines of "the whole album isn't about Brandi Glanville" and "when she felt empathic towards BG, something she admits doesn't happen much." I guess she saw the backlash? She sounded like a real jerk in the article, so it's not surprising. Is this what country music has become? A mother of two young children has her life ripped apart by LeAnn who then publically parades around the affair and throws it in the face of this woman, and we are to support and celebrate this?
