"Uh, it entails dogs," Blake says in the latest issue of People Country magazine. "Miranda loves to sit on the couch and watch movies and drink all night, and there will be at least four dogs piled up on us."
Rather having people wait on them at a fancy restaurant, the 'Drink on It' singer reveals who mixes the drinks when his better half is dry. "I go get her a drink," he says. "Whatever she needs. And she loves it. So that's an easy way for me to keep her happy."
For now, the couple agree that the dogs will be their "kids," as little ones are at least a couple of years down the road. However, Blake's gig on 'The Voice' was the first time that Miranda got to see the nurturing side of her hubby.
"We all know he's a ham on camera, but I see this side of him that's softer, almost fatherly or big brotherly," says Miranda. "He's so protective of his ['Voice' team]. He has this side to him that I didn't know about."
Although, the 'Over You' singer did see why People Country named her spouse "Country's Hottest Guy." However, she admits he's not perfect.
"If y'all could have seen him the other day, I think you would have rethought that choice," Miranda tells People. "He would have been on the cover for other reasons. He's hot, I agree, but I see him at his best and his worst."
The 6'5" singer took his "hottest" title with a grain of salt while rehearsing for the ACMs this weekend. "Right now, I'm feeling sweaty and a little bit overweight and buzzed," Blake joked before the show. "I exude sexy. I smell of sexy. I am the vision of sexy. I am the sound of sexy."
It looks like it may be a few weeks before Mr. and Mrs. Shelton able to relax at home. The live shows of 'The Voice' begin tonight (April 2), and Blake is also on tour. His next stop is April 14 in Florence, Ariz. Get a full list of his concert dates here.
