"Performing 'Angel Eyes' on 'GCB' was definitely a killer experience," Stephen says. "I started watching the show from episode one and I really love it. I grew up a preacher's kid so I can closely relate to a lot of the dialog. We are thrilled to be involved with such a fun new show!"
"Being a part of GCB was a blast," Eric agrees. "The cast was so easy to work with and they made us feel right at home. It was cool to see the film side of the entertainment business and get a taste of what acting is all about."
Speaking of filming, the boys recently learned their "Angel Eyes" clip is nominated for the Duo Video of the Year at the upcoming CMT Music Awards. (Watch it below.)
"We are stoked to be nominated for our first CMT award!" Stephen exclaims. "This video is really special to us because we have a lot of close ties to this video. My dad plays the preacher in the video and our family and friends are part of the bonfire scene. We couldn't be more excited. We are truly grateful."
"GCB" airs Sunday at 10:00 PM ET, and the 2012 CMT Music Awards air June 6.
