City of Hope Celebrity Softball Game 2012 Players Revealed

Batter up! The City of Hope Celebrity Softball Challenge, which is the unofficial kickoff to CMA Music Fest, has revealed its famous players for this year's game. Carrie Underwood, Scotty McCreery, Brantley Gilbert, Lauren Alaina, David Nail, James Otto, Robin Meade, Scott Hamilton, Chuck Wicks, Whitney Duncan, Bucky Covington, Sarah Darling, Billy Gilman, Kristen Kelly and Two Foot Fred will be divided into two teams: the Grand Ole Opry versus AfterMidnite With Blair Garner.

All proceeds help fund cancer prevention and treatment programs. In the City of Hope Celebrity Softball game's 22 year history, more than $2 million has been raised for the organization. Tickets for this year's game, set for June 9 at Nashville's Greer Stadium, are already on sale through Ticketmaster.
