Rascal Flatts, 'Changed' Theatre Event -- Behind-the-Scenes Video

Big Machine Records

It was a one-night-only event, and oh what a night it was! Rascal Flatts celebrated the release of their new album, Changed, with a documentary film that gives fans an inside look at the trio's lives on the road and at home. "Rascal Flatts-CHANGED: One Night Exclusive Movie-Theatre Event" saw thousands of fans flock to movie theaters in the U.S. and Canada on April 5.

"This goes along with the theme of the record. Changed is a new era for Rascal Flatts, and this motion picture is a different look inside of Rascal Flatts," explains bassist Jay DeMarcus. "It's not so much about Rascal Flatts as a band as it is ... telling the stories individually of how we ended up even getting on the paths that led us to Rascal Flatts. I think fans are gonna be surprised to learn some of the things about us that come out of these interviews and out of this film."

Jay and bandmates Gary LeVox and Joe Don Rooney hosted the New York City premiere of "Changed" at the AMC Theater in Times Square. Watch a behind-the-scenes video from the event below.

Can't wait to see this movie. I think Rascal Flatts are a band that started great and somehow have still got better and better with each new album. I LOVE their follow up single to Banjo "come wake me up" this is such a massive song! Think this movie will serve to strengthen the bonds with their fans too as it shows more of a personal and in depth side to the band. thanks for posting!
