"Second Harvest Food Bank provides such blessings to so many people," says Vince. "I am honored to be a part of this event and grateful for the opportunity to be involved."
Also on the lineup are Jake Owen, Florida Georgia Line, Dallas Davidson and Rodney Clawson. Famed songwriter Craig Wiseman also returns for the eighth year to host the event, which has raised nearly $500,000 (or 1,784,128 meals) since its inception.
"Tens of thousands of country music fans will be here that week and will absolutely love being let in on our private party that benefits one of the best charities in the country," says Craig. "We are excited to have Vince Gill and Dallas Davidson join our show to play their songs and tell their stories. Our move to CMA Fest week, when all of the stars are in town, promises to be the biggest and most star studded show we have ever done! We expect to sell out as word gets out to all of those country music fans looking for a way to kick off their first night in town with one of the coolest guitar pulls ever!"
The show takes places June 5 at Nashville's historic Ryman Auditorium. Tickets are on sale now at Ticketmaster.com beginning at $35 a piece. VIP seating is also available by calling Second Harvest at 615-329-3491.
