Craig Morgan, 'Corn Star': Singer Makes a Video Vixen Wish for Latest Single

Gino DePinto, AOL

Craig Morgan cast the lovely Angie Harmon in his last video for "This Ole Boy," but we're thinking he'll go blonde for his newest single, "Corn Star." The country star tells The Boot that Tony and Emmy winning actress-singer Kristin Chenoweth is his pick for his next video's leading lady.

"She's so tiny, so sweet and a country girl!" he explains. "What we're going to do in that video is I'm going to have a lot of really good looking female celebrities popping up in and out of the corn rows. Like the old 'Hee Haw' days. Just play fun at ourselves."

"Corn Star" was written by Shane Minor and Jeffrey Steele about the most lusted after country queen. The innuendo-laden uptempo tune describes a woman who is nothing like the Hollywood cover girls, but has enough allure to reroute a freeway. She's even enough to "make you wanna be a farmer."

No word on when the video for this tune will be coming out, but you can see the Tennessee native on the small screen beginning July 1. "Craig Morgan: All Access Outdoors" is back for its third season on the Outdoor Channel, airing Sunday nights at 11:00 PM ET.

Sorry, but I don think a blonde with tons of makeup will get the attention of the true country fans. They want to see a girl who is blonde looks great in cutoffs, has farm muscle throwing bales and can be out in a real corn field of the Midwest on her 4010 or 5010 muscle John Deere. I am your girl! Or hops out of a grain cart or combine and still has her FFA jacket. Bring the song to life and not Hollywood, just like the Kansas boys do in their videos:) working farmer style. Want pics, I got em :) and I am blonde, long legs, in shape and work in agriculture with Midwest farmers as an agronomist... With a four lane highway thru my pasture:) called I-90
