Scotty McCreery on 'Conan': 'Idol' Changes His Name! (VIDEO)

Conan O'Brien challenges his viewers to let him know about mistakes he makes on his nightly talk show. So when he referred to "American Idol" winner and platinum-selling country star Scotty McCreery as "Scott McCreedy," he got an earful. One loyal viewer named Andy sent a video message to Conan saying, "I don't know how you're going to get your way out of this one." Well, Scotty himself is going to help the funnyman get out of it, that's how!

In the hilarious video clip below, Conan doesn't own up to his mistake but rather recruits Scotty to change his name -- solidifying his new moniker in a song. Watch the video from "Conan" below.
