Glen Campbell, 'A Better Place' -- Video Premiere

Glen Campbell's long and luminous career is coming to an end, as the 76-year-old will retire after wrapping up his Goodbye Tour later this year. To celebrate his legacy, the superstar entertainer has released his final and fitting video, "A Better Place." Watch the world premiere of the touching clip below.

Campbell, who was diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease last year, begins "A Better Place" with a somewhat defiant voice, one that eventually accepts the inevitability -- and beauty -- of where his life is headed. His tone remains as crystal as ever, accompanied by a gently plucked acoustic guitar.

Queens of the Stone Age frontman, Josh Homme, has been a huge fan of Campbell's since childhood. So when the video's directors Kii Arens and Jason Trucco asked the rocker to appear in the new video, he jumped at the opportunity.

"I believe his exact words were, 'Do you want to play the bartender from 'The Shining' in the last Glen Campbell video?' And mine were, 'Of course I do!'" Homme recently told Paste Magazine.

The short video features Campbell flipping through photos of his life, from family to the height of fame. Homme attends to the singer by playing a reticent, yet heavenly barman.

Since his Alzheimer's diagnosis, Campbell has been dazzling audiences all over the country with his Goodbye Tour, which features all of his biggest hits, plus new songs from his final album, Ghost on the Canvas. Check out the remaining dates on the trek here.
