"Wonderstruck Enchanted is the next chapter in the story of my Wonderstruck fragrance," Taylor explains. "Wonderstruck is about that moment when you instantly feel a connection to someone, but then there's that feeling of being completely enamored -- enchanted -- when you know a little more about that someone and still feel that strong connection."
The name 'Wonderstruck' came from a line in Taylor's tune, "Enchanted," so the new fragrance's moniker is also an obvious nod to the love song, which is featured on her multi-platinum selling Speak Now album.
While Wonderstruck is described as floral, Wonderstruck Enchanted has notes of wild berries, pink poppy, passion fruit and hypnotic vanilla. Much like the original Wonderstruck bottle, the new Enchanted bottles will be crimson red, with a charm bracelet with an antique finish adorning the top.
Once again, the songstress will partner with Elizabeth Arden for the new scent. "Wonderstruck was such a huge success for us -- we wanted to carry momentum forward," Lori Mariano, Director of Global Marketing at Elizabeth Arden explains.
In addition to promoting her new fragrance, the the reigning CMA and ACM Entertainer of the Year is also putting the finishing touches on her next album, which will be released later this year. Of the new collection of tunes, Taylor promises a different sound with a wider range of emotions than in her previous CDs.
"They're sad, if I'm being honest," she told the New Yorker, adding that the new tunes are "about achieving contentment ... you're not always going to be ridiculously happy."
Taylor expects to release her new album by the end of 2012. Wonderstruck Enchanted will be available in September.
