The country artists join an all-star cast for the two-day event, including Green Day, Pink, No Doubt, Rihanna, Pitbull and Aerosmith. Taylor made sure she carved out time in her schedule to head to Sin City for the festival this year.
"Unfortunately last year I couldn't be a part of the iHeartRadio Music Festival because I was on tour," Taylor explains. "It was one of those things where I saw everyone tweeting about it, everyone talking about streaming it live on the Internet, just how exciting and amazing it was. I thought, next year I'm saving the date. I'm making sure I'm there. Because, the idea that you can bring so many formats and genres together, and have everyone appreciating it. It highlights the differences between different musical acts, and makes it a cool thing."
Last year's inaugural iHeartRadio Music Festival featured performances from Carrie Underwood, Kenny Chesney and Rascal Flatts.
All of the performances at this year's event will be streamed live at iHeart.com. Tickets for the festival, which will be held at the MGM Grand Hotel, go on sale on July 14 and can be purchased here.
