Darius revealed the big news via Twitter after performing the song on the Grand Ole Opry last week with Old Crow Medicine Show. (Watch their performance below.) His new album release date has not yet been revealed but is expected in the fall. The former Hootie and the Blowfish frontman's first two solo country albums, Learn to Live and Charleston, S.C., 1966, have earned him platinum sales, five No. 1 hits and the 2009 CMA New Artist of the Year honors.
