The songstress beats out the second place celeb (and her bestie Selena Gomez's boyfriend) Justin Bieber (age 18), by a cool $2 million. Rihanna (24) comes in at No. 3 with $53 million, with Lady Gaga (26), who held the No. 1 spot last year, coming in fourth place with $52 million. Katy Perry (27) rounds out the Top 5 with $45 million.
Other famous faces on the list include Adele (24), Kristen Stewart (22), Lil Wayne (29) and Robert Pattinson (26). The "Eyes Open" singer moved up from the fifth slot she held last year, earning an estimated $12 million more in earnings since the 2011 list.
This is not Taylor's first appearance on a Forbes list this year, either. The Pennsylvania native also landed at No. 11 on the publication's list of 100 Most Influential Entertainers.
The singer-songwriter isn't spending her days living in the lap of luxury. She recently hinted she was putting the final touches on a new album, which should hit shelves later this year. "I'm writing you from Nashville, where I just sat in a big room with a lot of people and made a lot of decisions about a lot of things happening very soon," she revealed on her Facebook page. "And as vague as that sentence was, I think you know what it means. Stuff is about to happen."
