To compliment the broadcast, the Johnny Cash Music Festival 2011 DVD and live CD will go on sale July 31, featuring live performances from the event. All proceeds from the sale of each benefit the Johnny Cash Childhood Home Project.
The TV segment will air first on RFD-TV on July 26 at 7:00 PM ET, and then again on July 28 at 6:00 PM ET. Next, GAC will broadcast the show on July 28 at 8:00 PM ET. In addition, PBS affiliates will air the program throughout the summer.
The 2012 Johnny Cash Music Festival is right around the corner. Willie Nelson, Dierks Bentley, the Civil Wars and Rosanne Cash are all headed to Jonesboro, Ark., for the Oct. 5 show. More information about this year's even may be found here.
