Keith Urban previously announced plans to spend much of 2013 on the road, and while only his Australian dates have been revealed, we now know that his U.S. tour will include a stop in Minnesota. The New Zealand-born singer will join fellow country superstar Carrie Underwood as two of the headlining acts for next year's annual WE Fest.

The "For You" singer's trek will coincide with the release of his upcoming new album, which he promises will give fans a glimpse into his personal life. "My intention for the record is to start exploring the stories in my own life," Keith tells Nashville's Tennessean newspaper. "There's plenty of them, and I've been through a lot of things and there's a lot more of that exploration that's happening already. I think it is taking shape a little bit. It feels like it's the first one."

His fellow headliner will spend much of the remainder of 2012 on the road for her Blown Away tour, which includes Hunter Hayes as her opening act. Keep track of Carrie's concert schedule here.

Minnesota's country fans don't need to wait another year to hear great live music. This year's WE festival, to be held August 2 - 4, features an all-star line-up that includes Toby Keith, Jason Aldean, Alabama, Luke Bryan, Eric Church and Colt Ford. Tickets are still available and can be purchased here.
