Taylor Swift Web Chat Set for Aug. 13: What Will She Reveal?

Taylor Swift has announced that she will host a live web chat on Monday, August 13 at 7:00 PM ET. The superstar entertainer will talk directly to fans from around the world live online, answering questions in real time. But the big question remains: will Taylor reveal plans for her hotly-anticipated fourth album? After all, in 2010, a July web chat with the singer unveiled details of Speak Now, an album that spawned a world tour and went on to sell more than four million copies in the U.S. alone.

Naturally, when it comes to the young global icon, personal relationships -- as in "is-she-or-isn't-she-dating [fill in the blank]" -- are a hot topic, but it's likely Taylor will limit herself to addressing that subject in the new songs on the upcoming album, news of which she's been teasing fans with via Twitter for the past few months.

Although recording and romance may be among the hottest subjects addressed, during her 2010 chat, Taylor talked about everything from her summer plans and her favorite coffee to future acting plans and why 13 is her favorite number. With the chat slated for August 13, and the weeks before the holiday season being prime time for new music to hit stores and online, we wouldn't be at all surprised to learn that Taylor's next album could be scheduled for release on November 13. (But that's just a wild guess!)

And here's the question we want to ask: Now that she's not the only star in her own home, how is Taylor handling all the attention her cat, Meredith has been getting? Any diva-like "cat fights" behind the scenes?

Taylor's August 13 web chat will begin at 7:00 PM ET/4:00 PM PT and will also include the opportunity for a Google+ Hangout (more information available here). The chat will also be available at Taylor's official website.

I hope she announces she is a fraud, rewrites the same songs over and over, and over again, and is a terrible singer and awkward performer, and all her "relationships" are publicity stunts so people will pay attention to her boring music. But I guess honesty is asking too much from her. Oh well she is a big YAWN anyway.

If you'd actually watched her since say sixteen, listened to the songs on her albums, read her interviews and watched the way she handles herself you might have a clue why she's the biggest star on the planet now. I guess she fooled those 1,600,000 people she performed to live in 19 countries lately with a show she created herself between the ages of 19 and 20. As for relationships, a beautiful tall young blonde is going to do some sampling in the world, and Taylor has all the choices a woman could have. Personally I don't blame my past relationships for choosing me OR changing their minds, and when it comes to honesty she's a benchmark for girls and young women everywhere. Your daughters are so much better off with Taylor than the Lady Gag-Gags, slutty Rhiannas or inarticulate dime a dozen 'true' country singers singing about beer, trucks and revenge. She doesn't have the pipes of a Jennifer Nettles (few do!) but she's got the kind of intellect that made Bob Dylan a cultural icon in his day. Taylor keeps evolving, and little trolls under the bridge can't do squat to stop her so you might as well pack it in and go back to gnawing bones.

I know why she's the biggest star on the planet bofalaska. She keeps her name in the news by dating high-profile celebrities and then writes about them when they realize how crazy she is. It's a very cheap way to become a star.

I know the truth is hard to swallow but maybe in time your eyes will be opened.

She is probably making an album or something. Its been awhile since she has put on out. I liked her last single with the Civil Wars but its not on any of her albums. What album has that song?
