Chris has already enjoyed tremendous chart success with Tim McGraw's "Truck Yeah," which he co-wrote with Preston Brust, Chris Lucas and Danny Myrick. The Missouri native has also written songs with Guns N Roses and Holly Williams, played harmonica on Lee Brice's new album and toured with the likes of Sugarland, Lynyrd Skynyrd and Hank Williams Jr., among a long list of other musical accomplishments.
Chris got his start at Nashville's famed Tootsie's Orchid Lounge when he was just 18 years old. After pleading with the bar's doorman to let him sing just one song with the house band -- Johnny Cash's "Folsom Prison Blues" -- he was offered a job right on the spot. A movie producer working on the Neil Young documentary, "Heart of Gold," saw Chris performing at Tootsie's and was so impressed that he cast the young singer in a small role in the film.
Chris previously had a record deal with Sony Music Nashville's BNA Records and released one single, "Til a Woman Comes Along," back in 2010. He signed with Bigger Picture earlier this year.
