Jon and Sarah started dating in college and tied the knot in an ocean-side ceremony in Jamaica last year. All four Eli Young Band members -- Jon, Mike Eli, James Young and Chris Thompson -- are married, with Jon now joining Mike as the only dads in the touring troubadours' family. Mike and wife Kacey welcomed a baby girl, Kline Olivia Diaz, on July 30.
