"We found this whole little new world of fans over there for us," Charles explains (quote via ABC News Radio). "Everybody was super nice. We love their accents, so it was a beautiful place to be."

The trio, who are nominated for Vocal Group of the Year and Album of the Year at this year's CMAs, kicked off the trek in Melbourne last night (Sept. 25), and will head to Brisbane and Sydney before returning to the States. That is, after one little Australian field trip.

Lady A play in Melbourne again tonight (Sept. 26). See their remaining tour dates here.
