"It's the very first ever sci-fi, country music video," drummer Chris Thompson tells Taste of Country. "There's a love story, there's a robot and there's the Eli Young Band, what else do you need?"
The band is filming the video in Dallas, but they'll travel back to Nashville on Oct. 19th to perform a private, acoustic set at a special Nokia Music event benefiting Musicians on Call. The organization helps bring smiles to the faces of patients in healthcare facilities through recorded and live music. As part of the celebration, the foursome will also visit the V.A. Tennessee Valley Healthcare System's Nashville location to meet and perform for veteran patients and their families.
In addition, as a thank you to the fans who have supported them along their journey to stardom, the Texas natives will play a small gig at Austin's Emo's East Dec. 13. Get more information here.
