"I am so excited to be hosting this year and I love inviting the audience to get into the spirit of the season by bringing a toy for donation!" Jennifer says, announcing that for the first time, audience members are asked to bring a new, unwrapped toy to benefit less fortunate children. "It is such a joy to watch this holiday special grow -- in not only its talent roster, but moreover in its charitable celebration of the season."
Also appearing on the special will be pop singer Colbie Caillat, classical singer Katherine Jenkins and soul singer John Legend.
Toys brought to the arena for donations will be collected by the non-profit group Generosity, beginning at 1:00 PM CT on Nov. 3. A ticket is not required to make a donation. All toys will be distributed to homeless and needy children on Christmas night (Dec. 25) during a service held under Nashville's Jefferson Street Bridge.
Tickets for "CMA Country Christmas" are $50 for club level seats and $100 for lower level, and are on sale now here.
