Absolute Publicity
"I've known about this song for a long time. It's written by attorney and songwriter Henry Hipkens," Pam tells The Boot. "I was going through my music library the other day and it hit me while listening to this tune that it would be a fun home movie to make for Halloween.
"It's all friends and family. My mother-in-law played Granny, although she's way prettier than she comes off here. I was surprised at how easy it was to get Zombies! The kids are really picking, and their talent is awesome. My friend Kim Fox mentors a lot of these kids and a few of them are students of my fiddle player, Megan Lynch. We shot at my friend Linda Stowe's house in the beautiful woods outside of Nashville. It was a gloomy day, which was perfect. I'm proud of the zombies but I'm especially proud of our young musicians!"
