Fall Into Me features Katie's latest single, "Better In a Black Dress," which is the singer-songwriter's first Top 40 country hit. Katie's current Get Smart tour, sponsored by GAC, will run through the end of this month.
"We took our time making this record because I had a personal story to tell, and as a songwriter I wanted to really showcase the past two years in the music," says Katie. "I worked with so many amazing people for the album and I am so proud of it because I think everyone will relate to each song. I cannot wait to get it out there."
The album is profoundly personal for the singer and takes her -- and the listener -- on a journey through one of the most poignant relationships she has experienced in her 21 years. The songwriters with whom she collaborates on the collection have penned tunes for a number of country hitmakers, including Faith Hill, Keith Urban, Tim McGraw, Julianne Hough, Toby Keith, Dierks Bentley, Trace Adkins and Montgomery Gentry.
Country Weekly's Hottest Bachelorette for the second year in a row, Katie is helping to launch the first country music payments application for the VISA battery-powered Dynamics ePlate credit card device. She's also opening shows for Darius Rucker, Josh Turner and the Eli Young Band.
