Phoenix Stone '100 Proof Moonshine' Video Premiere

You may not have heard his name (yet), but you've certainly heard the music that Phoenix Stone has helped create. He's one of the founding members and producers of the Backstreet Boys and has also worked as a producer for folk/pop legend Art Garfunkel, among many others. But growing up in Florida, Phoenix was most heavily influenced by country music, listening to the likes of Conway Twitty and Ronnie Milsap. So when he decided to make a new solo album, the music mogul went back to his roots.

"100 Proof Moonshine" is the title of Phoenix's debut country single. The fun-loving song introduces the singer to country audiences as a bit of an Outlaw-meets-contemporary country-rocker. His sexy video for the song is making its world premiere right here on The Boot. Watch below.

"I am excited to have the video to my debut country single '100 Proof Moonshine' out!" Phoenix tells The Boot. "We filmed it at Guns N' Roses' old ranch in Malibu. It's got everything I love in it, from muscle cars to hot girls and a whole Lotta Ole Smoky Moonshine! It was definitely a party."

@laurentamblin. Phoenix Stone was the 6th Backstreet Boy. He was one of the FOUNDING members of the group but decided to leave the bad before they ever really took off to explore a solo career. He thought the BSB was too cookie cutter and he didn't want to be pidgeon holed that early in his career. Here is the link to an article that will give you a little insight to the situation so you don't have dispute what research the author of this website did to give you an informative piece on Phoenix Stone before you watched his video. He was correct in saying that Stone was an original member of the BSB and arguing that point without doing the proper research to dispute it makes the author look bad to others when he was right all along. Thanks and have a great day.

I don't know who this guy is, but he was certainly never a member of the Backstreet Boys. And this song is awful. Here's hoping I never have to hear it again...
