Gino DePinto, The Boot
Joining Vince for the evening will be Marty Stuart, Steve Wariner, Larry Carlton, Duane Eddy, Steve Cropper and John Jorgenson. Kenny Greenberg, Jon Jarvis and Michael Rhodes are part of the group that will serve as the evening's backing band.
The star-studded event is in conjunction with the exhibition, "The Guitar: An American Love Story." Included in the exhibition are more than 150 rare instruments and guitars previously owned by celebrities from all over the world.
Some of the items on display for the exhibit, which will run through Dec. 30, include personal guitars owned by Elvis Presley, Eric Clapton and Roy Rogers, a 1953 Fender Telecaster played by the Rolling Stones' Keith Richards, and several guitars owned by Vince, including his famed 1942 Martin D-28.
The String Fever concert will be held at Nashville's Tennessee Performing Arts Center (TPAC) tonight at 8:30 PM. Tickets are available and can be purchased here.
