I would like to thank Toby Keith (Whiskey Girl) and Kenny Chesney (I Go Back) in 2004 by making this North Easterner an instant fan when I saw these video back in 2004 on CMT. Still hooked to GAC and CMT when they play music videos. Also, Shania became my ultimate #1. It opened the doors to a lot. Even now love Johnny Cash too.

Some of you peple have to just get over the fact that old country music is just not sung and listened to any more especially if you want a hit and airplayed. Get with the times dudes.Todays country music rocks and pops and there is a lot more listeners and fans today then ever. I do think however that this list for 2012 could have been better. I would have put a Carrie Underwood song in there.
