New Country Music 2013: Readers' Most Anticipated Events

Nothing against Brad Paisley or Faith Hill, but our 2013 Country Music Preview piece angered a few readers! Earlier this month, The Boot presented a countdown of the Top 10 country music albums, tours and events that we're looking forward to the most this year. The response from our readers was huge, with a lot of you completely agreeing with our picks, which included Brad and Faith's new albums, Taylor Swift's Red tour and Keith Urban on "American Idol," among other anticipated events. But a lot of you rolled your eyes at our list. "How could you leave off Chris Young?" wrote one of our many miffed Twitter followers, while many of our Facebook friends wondered how we could forget two of the biggest superstars in the history of the genre, Tim McGraw and Kenny Chesney, who both have new albums and tours coming up this year.
