"The making of this record was such a fun and meaningful time for me," says Kacey, who wrote or co-wrote all of the songs on the collection. "As a writer, singer and producer I learned so much throughout the whole process. [This album] came from a very real and inspired place in my brain and heart."
The 24-year-old Texas native recently received her very first country music award nomination for New Female Vocalist at the Academy of Country Music Awards, slated for Las Vegas on Sunday, April 7. Fans can vote for Kacey at VoteACM from now until Feb. 4.
On Jan. 31, Kacey begins her run as opening act on Little Big Town's Tornado tour, kicking off in Murray, Ky. This summer, she joins Kenny Chesney's No Shoes Nation stadium tour. Check out a list of her upcoming tour dates here.
