Super Bowl Music: Country's Football Connections

Jeff Kravitz, FilmMagic

Are you ready for some football? This Sunday, Feb. 3, the Baltimore Ravens return to the Super Bowl for the first time since their 2000 victory, while five-time Super Bowl champs the San Francisco 49ers will try to tie the Pittsburgh Steelers for the most Super Bowl wins in NFL history.

Oddsmakers are saying the 49ers are favored by just 3 or 4 points, so it should be a nail-biter. And for those who don't care about football, the broadcast always provides exciting musical entertainment, this year tapping Alicia Keys to perform the national anthem and Beyoncé to put on what will surely be a spectacular halftime show.

Music and football have always gone hand-in-hand, with some of the sport's biggest fans -- and players -- coming from the music world. In honor of Super Bowl Sunday, we present the best music-football collisions from the Nashville scene, from NFL Hall of Famer Terry Bradshaw's country albums to Faith Hill's sexy Sunday night football theme song.

Nothing says "manly" like throwing a football in an argyle sweater.

They are missing Martina\'s version of the National Anthem. She sings its so beautifully. I loved Faith\'s version too.
