Helm, who passed away last year after a long battle with cancer, was a drummer and singer for legendary group The Band, before embarking on a successful solo career. The Arkansas native's distinctly southern voice is heard on classic hits such as "Up on Cripple Creek, "The Night They Drove Old Dixie Down" and "The Weight" -- which the eclectic group of singers will perform together on Sunday's Grammy broadcast.
Other country stars taking the stage during the three-and-a-half hour telecast include Miranda Lambert, Dierks Bentley, Taylor Swift and Carrie Underwood. The 55th Annual Grammy Awards will air live from Los Angeles, Sunday, Feb. 10, at 8:00 PM ET on CBS.
