If anyone can claim Christmas music as his birthright, it's Steven Noel Wariner, born Dec. 25, 1954. Two original tunes are the standouts 'Our Savior Is Born' and 'On Christmas Morning,' but the brilliant guitar player with the silky, tender voice adds some nice traditional Celtic touches (thanks to the Chieftains) to classics such as 'I Saw Three Ships' and 'Past Three O'clock.'
