Every year it's anyone's guess who'll be enshrined in the Hall of Fame next. The smart money is probably on Randy Travis or Alan Jackson this time around, but we also think it's long past time for Ronnie Milsap, Tanya Tucker and Ricky Skaggs to earn their rightful place.
