Mindy McCready's legal woes began in 2004 with an arrest for illegally obtaining OxyContin with a fake prescription. A DUI arrest, charges with identity theft, unlawful imprisonment, hindering prosecution and a physical altercation with her mother were also added to the singer's rap sheet. She died of a self-inflicted gunshot wound in February 2013.
