In June 2000, at a tour stop in Buffalo, N.Y., Kenny Chesney reportedly asked permission to sit on a deputy's horse outside the concert venue. He rode away, was ordered to stop and when police tried to get him off the horse, Tim intervened. Both were cited for various offenses but in May 2001 were cleared of all charges.
