After Kristen Hall left her Sugarland band mates, Kristian Bush and Jennifer Nettles, she sued the duo over a share of the group's profits. In 2010, an out-of-court settlement was reached. Sadly, in 2011, Jennifer and Kristian faced more legal wrangling -- and unspeakable grief -- after the tragic Indiana State Fair stage collapse which resulted in the deaths of seven people and injury to 60 others.
