John Rich was involved in two alleged brawls in one week in 2008, and faced double trouble again in 2009 for a pair of incidents involving an alleged assault on singer Jared Ashley and refusing to leave a Nashville restaurant before finishing a beer. In 2011, there were reports the singer was kicked off an airline flight for being too drunk to fly.
