Lawyers for Taylor Swift have threatened a trademark-infringement lawsuit against a website claiming to have posted a topless photo of the country star, TMZ reports.

Responding to a post titled "Taylor Swift Topless Private Pic Leaked," Taylor's camp reportedly sent an angry letter to Celebrity Jihad, accusing the site of spreading "false pornographic images" and "false news" and demanding that the photo be taken down immediately, according to TMZ.

While Celebrity Jihad is reportedly weighing its legal options, it might have picked the wrong celebrity to mess with. Besides having deep pockets, Taylor -- Billboard's 2011 Woman of the Year -- is a wholesome and beloved public figure whose army of supporters includes rockers and rappers alike.

As her songs make clear, she's no pushover, and however sweet she may seem, we're guessing she's not going to stand for her name being dragged through the mud.
